NYTimes’ Modern Love: Tom Waits & The Long Walk Home

tom waits

After a loooooooooooong weekend, I am just finishing a brief skim of this week’s Modern Love essay, by Debra Gwartney and, having enjoyed adding an audio accompaniment to last week’s essay, I think I’m going to do the same for each week’s essay moving forward.  So, without further delay (yes, I’ll be adding my general thoughts on this week’s essay to this as well):

Tom Waits “New Coat of Paint”

Tom Waits “Gun Street Girl”

Tom Waits “Hang Down Your Head (live)”

Tom Waits “Innocent When You Dream (live)”
